1. How long have you been working with Parmenion?
Since 2019, but more recently [in 2023] we've taken steps to increase our working relationships.
2. Why did you choose to partner with Parmenion?
I'm a big believer in owning your journey and I think Parmenion do this well. We have a great account connection in David [Beatie] who has listened and been available regardless of volume, as well as willing to support our journey.
Whilst [our business] wasn’t an ideal fit previously, there are now good synergies with our businesses that support both companies (and our clients) moving forward.

Working with Parmenion simplifies and streamlines our business, creating both cost and time savings.
5. Has there been improved effectiveness in your business since partnering with Parmenion?
The excellent reporting system removes the need for us to create our own ‘investment reports’ via 3rd party software, as we can generate all the same data at the click of a button - and at no cost, compared to other providers.
6. What would you rate our services out of 5 (1 being bad and 5 being excellent)
5 – Whilst it's still early in our journey, we have had excellent support, training and connections with the wider team to create confidence in the long term solution.
7. What would you rate our platform out of 5 (1 being bad and 5 being excellent)
5- The independent reports and due diligence speak for themselves. We fundamentally believe that owning your tech, and therefore you journey, allows you to control and navigate the outcome of your proposition. This is relatively unique in the platform space. The added addition of the DFM solution is a bonus!
