Parmenion launches Knowledge Base: A quick and easy way to get the answers you need

At Parmenion we’re committed to making it easy for Advisers to do business. This extends to our award winning service proposition, which continues to develop and evolve to meet your needs. A key component of great service is choice. This is why we continue to develop new and intuitive ways for you to get the help you need. This includes live chat and more recently the introduction of our co-browsing functionality.

Today, we are excited to announce a further addition to our support proposition with the launch of our knowledge base. This is your very own evolving hub of knowledge, full of FAQ’s, handy tips and useful content to help you get the most out of our platform.

Access the knowledge base directly from your dashboard

The knowledge base is accessible anywhere on the platform. Simply click the Knowledge base button, right next to Live chat. You can also access it via the Support support page by clicking the green Knowledge base button on the left hand side.

Slick, easy to use and accessible on any device 24/7

Like our platform, the knowledge base is built from the ground up with responsive design in mind. So it’s available on all devices, meaning you can access it in the office on your desktop, or out and about on your laptop, mobile or tablet. Not only that, but knowledge base doesn’t have opening hours, so you can access it 24/7.

Finding articles is easy too…


Simply type in your question and suggested articles will appear as you type. Click on the article you want from the suggestions, or press Enter to show all the search results.


Topics, accessible from the top right of the knowledge base, are a way of viewing articles broken down into specific categories. For example, if you wanted to browse articles related to the Parmenion SIPP, simply click on the Making the most of our SIPP topic to access them.

Featured topics

Featured topics are available on the knowledge base home page and enable you to quickly access and browse through some of the most popular articles. They work in the same way as topics, simply click and browse.

The knowledge base will launch with over 60 articles, covering everything from how to use our tools to useful videos and everything in between. But it won’t stop there. Our support team will frequently create new content for the knowledge base, so this hub of knowledge will continue to grow.
