Chloë Jefferies - Head of HR

Chloë heads up our HR department. She graduated in 2013 with a master's degree in Human Resources and is a chartered HR practitioner. 

She has over 15 years experience in HR and is a forward thinking, commercial strategist who is always considering how to make tomorrow better than today.

Chloë leads the way with transformation especially around the importance of behaviour, culture, Diversity and Inclusion, L&D and ensures that our initiatives are implemented effectively.
