Update on scanned applications
We officially stopped accepting scanned applications on 31 December 2020. However, if your client isn’t able to use our digital signature option, is shielding or otherwise unable to sign a postal instruction, we’ll continue to accept scanned applications. This a temporary arrangement in recognition of the current challenges presented by Covid-19 and is subject to regular review.
Please remember the following when sending us scanned applications:
- Scanned applications are sent at your own risk. We strongly recommend sending them encrypted and/or with a protected password that has either been agreed with us previously, or has been provided to us via a separate communication method to email.
- We reserve the right to reject an application if it isn’t sent as a single combined PDF document – please do not send individually scanned pages.
