Once you have requested access for your client to view their online account we will issue them with a username and password. The username will need to be a valid email address. Once your client has signed in for the first time they will be prompted to set up a four digit PIN number for additional security. Once the PIN number has been verified they will be asked for two random digits from it on each login attempt.

The secure area of the website is SSL encrypted (High Grade Encryption AES-256 256 bit). This means that all pages are encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. This makes it very difficult for unauthorised people to view information travelling between computers.
