Jeff performed a number of IFA facing roles during his 20 years with Zurich. These include running his own practice advising predominantly SME's, before moving into the IFA market. Here he was responsible for the North East region and was instrumental in making Zurich and Sterling and established brand.
He then moved South to join a National Multi-tie where he was responsible for building the Wealth Management side of the business. This involved developing the individuals and the firms within the company to position them for RDR. Whilst demonstrating and implementing improvements in business efficiency, mitigation of compliance risk and increased embedded value for clients and company alike.
