Mark performed a number of IFA facing roles during his 20 years with Royal & Sun Alliance, culminating in responsibility for National Accounts.

When Royal & Sun Alliance closed to new business, he then joined Selestia where he was responsible for the Midlands region for almost five years and was instrumental in making Selestia an established brand. He has helped a number of IFA firms make the transition from traditional product selling to a relationship based financial advice process which has resulted in demonstrable improvements in business efficiency, mitigation of Compliance risk and increased embedded value.
